Tom Ward, PHR, SHRM-CP
Experienced Human Resources Director with a demonstrated history of working in the multiple industries. Skilled in Coaching, Compensation, Team Building, Mergers & Acquisitions, Change Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Budgeting, HR Policies, and Talent Acquisition. Strong human resources professional with a Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison and Transition to Executive Management Organization Leadership certificate from UW School of Business.
Tom has been a strong leader at Quartz Health Solution as the Human Resource Director since 2014. He currently co-chair Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Quartz.
Diego Martín Campoverde-Cisneros
Diego is the Sr. Marketing Coordinator-Bilingual for Quartz. He is an active member of the Quartz Diversity and Inclusion Committee, frequently participating on behalf of Quartz in community health fairs, educational opportunities and fundraisers focused on Latino causes
Throughout his years in Madison, Diego has volunteered in several organizations that provide social, education and cultural services to communities of color (Latino Health Council, Latino Children and Family Council, Centro Hispano, Aids Network, Supporting Families Together Association, Latino Chamber of Commerce, Catholic Multicultural Center, Safe Harbor, OutReach, Vera Court Neighborhood Centers, UW Madison, MMSD among others).
In 2013, Campoverde-Cisneros was honored at the YWCA Racial Justice Summit with the “Alix Olson Award for the Promotion of a Tolerant and Just Community.”
Prior to joining Quartz, he worked nearly 13 years for Mid-West Family Broadcasting as a producer for Spanish radio station, La Movida. Originally from Ecuador, Diego has his Bachelor of Arts in Social Communications and Journalism from the University of Azuay in Cuenca, Ecuador. He is also a Certified Healthcare Interpreter Spanish/English CHI™.
